Duane Dahl. Co-Founder and President/Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dahl's responsible for the overall vision and day-to-day direction of MarketRange, and its three communities, including Perfectmatch.com (Perfectmatch). He has a track record for effectively understanding, and then successfully implementing, a start-up business from the ground up. Mr. Dahl's proven hands-on leadership expertise as the CEO of the pioneer online dating site Kiss.com, was underscored as he led the company to become one of the most dominant subscription communities on the Internet. Mr. Dahl orchestrated the sale of Kiss.com, in March of 2001, to uDate.com, Inc. for $23 million. He was retained by uDate as the CEO (for both Kiss and uDate) and held a seat on the publicly held company's board, leading to the acquisition by Match.com (InterActiveCorp) for $150 million. In 2003, Dahl reunited the original Kiss.com team to develop and launch Perfectmatch.com. Mr. Dahl's considered a brand building expert, and is regarded as a pioneer in the area of entertainment integration. A few examples include Lifetime Original Movie "Perfect Romance", for which Perfectmatch was the backdrop of the made for TV movie; "Lovespring International" a syndicated television show created by Eric McCormack about a dysfunctional offline dating agency trying to compete with Perfectmatch; Warner Bros'. theatrical release "Must Love Dogs" starring Diane Lane and John Cusack, for which Perfectmatch was the backdrop of the film; and a special Valentine's Dr. Phil Show, dedicated entirely to Perfectmatch. In 2007, Perfectmatch will be featured in Lionsgate's theatrical release "Good Luck Chuck", starring Jessica Alba and Dane Cook, and will be integrated into a prime time network television series. Jason McVey. Co-Founder, Vice President, Product Development Mr. McVey researches, plans, manages and directs all activities related to developing software to support MarketRange's tactical and strategic plans. He writes MarketRange's specifications for new community features and is jointly responsible for the company's infrastructure. Mr. McVey serves as a sounding board for all functions of the MarketRange communities and was very instrumental in getting MarketRange's site launched. Prior to MarketRange, Mr. McVey served as the Senior Applications Developer of the original Kiss.com. He designed the server and software architecture which resulted in greater scalability and reliability. This was extremely important as Kiss.com had 5,000 concurrent users at any one time. During his four years at Kiss.com, he basically was responsible for the application design and development on an ongoing basis. Cindy Henry. Co-Founder, Vice President, Information/Strategy Cindy has played a strategic role in building online communities since 1996, beginning with her Atari career. Upon her arrival at the original Kiss.com in 1999, she developed a new system architecture. This system provided scalability, reliability and a forward-thinking design to a rapidly advancing community which ultimately housed and secured the information of seven million members. Co-founding MarketRange, Inc. in 2002, Cindy plays a key role in company-wide strategic and tactical initiatives critical to the ongoing growth of the company. In addition, she leads the technical direction, development and online marketing of all MarketRange community sites. Cindy’s technical background, analytic expertise and online marketing experience make her a valued component to the success of Perfectmatch.com®. Charles Segars. Chief Marketing Officer/Business Development Mr. Segars has over 20 years of experience working with advertisers and content providers for broadcast, cable, satellite, web and print. Most recently Mr. Segars created National Treasure II, the sequel to the box office smash National Treasure, for which he was Writer and Executive Producer. During 2001-2005, Mr. Segars, along with Ken Solomon, was responsible for the creation, launch, and operation of cable televisions’ preeminent lifestyle network, FINE LIVING (Scripps Network). Prior to joining Scripps Network he reported directly to Jeffrey Katzenberg at DreamWorks SKG and was instrumental in both traditional television and new media ventures and played a key role in all creative and operational aspects of DreamWorks Television. Mr. Segars is a founder of www.CountingDown.com, one of the premiere movie fan sites on the Internet. Earlier in his career, Mr. Segars was Vice President of Primetime Specials, Reality and Event Programming at CBS, served as Director of Program Development at Viacom Syndication and was one of the original Executive Producers of the Movie-Time Network, and guided its evolution into E! Entertainment Television. Eric Koivisto. Vice President of Brand Management, Partner Development Mr. Koivisto oversees the strategic development, management and integration of the Perfectmatch brand across all marketing activities to maximize the opportunity with customers, partners and other key audiences. In addition to brand responsibilities, Eric is in charge of identifying and developing key partner relationships focused on member acquisition and differentiation of the Perfectmatch brand. Prior to MarketRange, Mr. Koivisto served as VP Marketing and Business Development at Avogadro, which developed platform software technology for an IP-based wireless messaging solution. At Avogadro, Eric was responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development in order to secure key relationships to meet customer and revenue requirements and to best position the company for potential acquiring companies. Eric joined Avogadro after a 6 1/2 year career at Microsoft where he served as Director of Advertising for the Business Solutions Group and Director of Worldwide Corporate Advertising, working on the team to develop and build the Microsoft brand worldwide and drove key advertising initiatives such as Windows95 launch. Mourat Echougaov. Senior Applications Developer Mr. Echougaov plays a key role in developing the software to support MarketRange's tactical and strategic plans. He is an original member of the MarketRange team. Mr. Echougaov was formerly a lead developer at Kiss.com. Chris Hines. Senior Designer Mr. Hines manages the "look", "feel" and usability of the MarketRange communities. He served as the Senior Designer for the original Kiss.com, an award-winning site that tallied more than 200 million page views per month.
